Community for Hope shows the love of Jesus by supporting the employees, clients, and vendors of Right at Home of Northeast Texas. Funded by private donations and grants, our staff and volunteers provide vital resources. These are designed to build resilience, boost confidence, and help our community successfully navigate life's challenges.
WHERE WE SERVE
Currently, the services and resources will be allocated to: Anderson, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Delta, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Henderson, Hopkins, Houston, Hunt, Jefferson, Kaufman, Lamar, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Navarro, Panola, Rains, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur, Van Zandt, and Wood County.

Randy Price
Board President, Right at Home Owner
I and my wife Susan Price are Texas natives who moved to Northeast Texas in 1994. Married for 41 years, we have a large, loving family with seven children and eleven grandchildren, and we actively serve at Sylvania Church in Tyler.
After 17 years in manufacturing leadership, we opened Right at Home of Northeast Texas in March 2009 to meet the growing needs of local seniors. Inspired by Randy’s firsthand experience caring for his father with Alzheimer’s, we consider it a privilege to serve our community. Driven by our faith, we also founded Community for Hope to provide holistic support and ministry to our dedicated employees.
Matt Blocker
Right at Home Chief Executive Officer
Matt graduated with a BBA from UT Tyler in 2012 and has served as the CEO of Right at Home of Northeast Texas since 2018. Known for driving exceptional client and employee satisfaction, his core passion is helping caregivers thrive in their callings. He also leverages his expertise to provide financial education and hardship assistance through Community for Hope, following a call to share the gospel in a broken world.

Matt and his wife, Hannah, have four children and are active members of Living Acts Church, where they support student ministries. A personal finance enthusiast, small business owner, and real estate hobbyist, Matt balances his professional life by cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and sharpening his pickleball skills.
Chantel Longino
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Play Therapist
Chantel is the lead therapist at Tyler Family Counseling, where she creates a safe space for families to feel known and valued. Her diverse professional background spans hospice, long-term care, foster care, adoption, school social work, and crisis response. Driven by her faith, she lives out the gospel by supporting people in their hardest moments and equipping the East Texas community through specialized training for ministries, schools, and organizations.

Chantel and her husband, Travis, have lived in Tyler since 2010. They have two sons and welcome bonus children through foster care. Active in their community, they mentor college-age young adults at Bethel Bible Church and Boathouse Ministry. In her free time, Chantel loves outdoor adventures, reading, cold brew coffee, laminating, and relaxing on the couch.
Brad Stinson
NorthStar Navigators & 5Talents President
Brad Stinson is the President of NorthStar Navigators and 5 Talents, where he leads organizations dedicated to improving senior care through technology and compassionate leadership. With a strong background in engineering, product development, and operational leadership, Brad specializes in building high-performing teams and delivering transformational results across diverse industries.

Brad and his wife, Dawn, are passionate about serving the church through discipleship. They actively support organizations that share the Gospel and bring the love of Jesus to others through practical, hands-on help.
Matthew Malcolm
Right at Home Chief Financial Officer
As Chief Financial Officer, he leads finance and accounting operations with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and excellence in stewardship. His goal is to ensure the organization provides outstanding service to clients, staff, and vendors alike.

He is married to artist Hildi Malcolm, and they have four children, each born in a different state. They are active members of Green Acres Baptist Church in Tyler. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his family, reading with a good cup of coffee, working on their land, and traveling in their Airstream.
Royce Eller
Abbott Laboratories Senior Environmental, Health, and Safety Specialist
Royce Eller is an East Texas native, TJC and UTT alumnus, who currently works at Abbott Laboratories in environmental, safety, and health disciplines. He brings cross-functional expertise in operations, compliance, and systems development, and is known for his innovative mindset and dedication to lean, common-sense principles. Guided by the mantra, “Do right and risk the consequences,” Royce approaches both his life and work with purpose and conviction.

Royce, his wife Mackenzi, and their son Carter live in the DFW metroplex and are actively involved in their local church. In his free time, he enjoys smoking BBQ, recreational shooting, genealogical research, and tackling hobbyist engineering projects.
